Have a question about The Fashion Pool, a correction to suggest or an idea that would help our readers? This page explains what to include so your message reaches the right part of our publishing work.
Email: thefashionpool@gmail.com
The Fashion Pool is an independently operated fashion publication. This address handles the publication’s reader, editorial, commercial and privacy inquiries.
Please use that address for the inquiries below. We do not currently provide live chat or a published telephone support line. A message sent to a social account or an unrelated website may not reach The Fashion Pool.
Reader questions and topic suggestions
Tell us which article you are asking about and what you would like clarified. A link to the article and a short explanation are usually enough. For a suggested topic, explain the occasion, style decision or wardrobe problem you would like us to cover.
For example, a request about winter wedding guest outfits is more useful when it includes the location, dress code and whether the celebration is indoors or outdoors. You do not need to include your full name, address, body measurements or other sensitive personal details to suggest a topic.
We cannot promise personal styling consultations or individual answers to every fashion question. Reader suggestions can inform future coverage without creating a commitment to publish a particular article.
Corrections and factual concerns
Use the subject line Correction: [article title]. Include the article URL, the passage in question and, where available, a reliable source that explains the problem.
Corrections can involve a mistaken fabric description, an inaccurate attribution, an outdated product detail, a broken link or unclear commercial disclosure. If an image or article raises a rights concern, include the information described below rather than sending an unsupported accusation.
Our approach to factual changes and significant corrections is set out in the Disclaimer & Editorial Policy. A disagreement with a styling preference is welcome feedback, even when it does not amount to a factual error.
Brands, advertising and partnerships
For a commercial proposal, use Partnership inquiry: [brand or business name]. Tell us who you represent, what you are proposing, the intended market and timing, and whether a budget, commission, gifted product or other benefit is involved.
Relevant proposals may include sponsored editorial, product launches, collection features and future promotional packages. Availability depends on the publication’s current services and suitability for its readers. Sending a pitch does not guarantee coverage, a positive recommendation or a commercial agreement.
Paid placements must be identifiable as paid content. We do not offer undisclosed endorsements, guaranteed search rankings or paid links intended to pass search-ranking credit.
Press materials and product submissions
For a press release or editorial tip, include a concise summary, an official source, the relevant date and a contact who can answer factual questions. Explain the rights and restrictions attached to any supplied photographs.
Do not send physical products until a submission has been agreed. An unsolicited shipment does not create a review obligation, and receiving a sample does not itself establish that we have tested or endorsed it.
Contributors and guest proposals
Introduce yourself with your genuine background, proposed angle and relevant published work. We welcome useful expertise and clearly sourced ideas; we do not need fabricated credentials or generic articles written primarily to place promotional links.
Please disclose any connection to a brand, retailer or product discussed in your proposal. Agree on the scope and terms before sending a full commissioned piece. Any accepted contribution needs suitable publication rights and accurate authorship.
Privacy, permissions and image rights
For a privacy request, use Privacy request and explain the request and the information necessary to locate the relevant record. Do not send identification documents, passwords, payment details or account access credentials in an initial message.
For a copyright or permissions matter, identify the material, its exact URL and your relationship to the rights holder. Include a way to contact you and any information supporting the request. Read the Privacy Policy for details about handling correspondence and personal data.
Technical and accessibility feedback
If a page is difficult to use, tell us its URL, the device and browser involved, and what happened. A description of the obstacle is enough; screenshots are optional and should exclude personal information.
Suggestions about readable text, image descriptions, keyboard navigation and mobile usability are welcome. We cannot promise a particular fix before investigating the issue.
Shopping and order questions
If you followed a link to another retailer, that retailer handles the purchase, payment, delivery and returns. Contact the seller listed on your order confirmation for order-specific assistance. Do not send card details or complete order records to The Fashion Pool.
If The Fashion Pool introduces a direct store, the store will provide its own verified customer-service route and applicable sales policies. This editorial contact page is not a substitute for those details.
What happens after you contact us
Messages are considered according to their subject and available capacity. We do not promise a fixed reply deadline or a response to every pitch. Please avoid repeatedly resending the same proposal.
Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing emails, give us permission to publish your private correspondence or create a contract. See our Terms and Conditions for additional website-use information.
